In May 2025, I proudly purchased West Realty and reestablished the company as Coldwell Banker Frady & Associates. As Broker/Owner, my focus is on building a strong, service-driven company culture, supporting and mentoring agents, and elevating the client experience across our entire organization while honoring the legacy that has made this company a trusted name in our community.

Dedicated to the profession, I have consistently been recognized as a Top Producer and specialize in new construction homes. Working alongside my husband, developer Mark Frady, in the building and construction of new homes has provided me with a unique perspective and expert knowledge that directly benefits my clients.

My husband and I are raising our family here, and we are deeply involved in our schools, church, and community organizations. I am passionate about enhancing the quality of life in our area.
